A Kumasi Circuit Court has remanded in prison custody eight members of political vigilante group Delta Force.
The eight were arrested last Thursday, April 6 for aiding the escape of 13 of their members standing trial at the KMA Circuit Court. Presided over by Patricia Bonsu, the court on Monday morning ordered the eight to reappear on Tuesday, April 18.
TV3‘s William Evans Nkum reports that a plea for bail put forward by lead counsel for the accused, Gary Nimako, was thrown out.
