Huddersfield Town striker Collin Quaner has met Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah to cut the path of him joining the Black Stars.
Quaner, formerly of Union Berlin FC, was born to Ghanaian parents in Dusseldorf, Germany and remains eligible to commit his international career to Ghana.
The 23-year-old has been playing bit-part roles for the Terriers in the English Premier League where he has made 25 appearances.
Quaner's physical prowess will a great addition for the Black Stars who are seeking to win the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
If his paper works are complete, he could earn an invitation to feature in the summer friendly matches against Japan and Iceland.
