South African outfit Cape Town City FC are planning a double swoop for Hearts of Oak duo Thomas Abbey and Patrick Razak.
New coach of the PSL side, Benni McCarthy wants to reinforce his squad with the attackers after losing forward Bhongolwethu Jayiya to rivals Kaizer Chiefs.
Thomas, 23 has rejected contract renewal offers from the Phobians as he eyes a move abroad.
On the other hand, Patrick will be willing to also seek for greener environment if a lucrative bid is made for his services.
The two players are members of the Black Stars B squad to face Burkina Faso in the second leg of the CHAN 2018 qualifier on Sunday.
