This is nonsense talk, development doesn't mean high rise buildings. Why are some folks in NDC so dumb? Development of Zongo communities does not mean demolition of buildings and replacing them with tall buildings.

Remember that electorates don't care about "massive dev't". They are more concerned about economic growth,good healthcare, social aminities, good roads, etc.
It's only backward people who will talk about infrustural development - every gov't will provide. An electorate in my home town in Eastern Region (Tafo) doesn't care about flyovers in Accra. But he cares about good and affordable health, good schools, good road network. Massive development should be a cancer to NDC. Because of their low IQs they can't identify it.
