Nana we should stop or review our so called stupid human right nonsense which is protecting criminals and they are hiding behind it and destroying Ghana. All these criminals should be hanged when they caught in the act period is cheaper, effective and it will deter loads of them out there to stop such practices. Nana should put every single resource that the country have to reverse this calamity i totally support his decision to eradicate to Evil. To me anybody that will put mercury in our rivers and waters which source our living is a murderer of thousands of thousands including our children and children. Democracy and rule of law is best asset any country will get but common sense is supreme.

(iv) WHY THE MIDDLE EAST ISSUE CANNOT BE SOLVED OR RESOLVED BY THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE WORLD IF THE TWO (2) COUNTRIES (ISRAEL/PALESTINIANS) THEMSELVES CANNOT OR COULD NOT RESOLVE SAME?

That Words at times Alone in the "Act(s) of Goodwill, Good Faith, Mutual Friendship(s) Relationship(s) is Meaningless than the Act of Goodwill, Good Faith Statesmanship Act(s) of Good Gesture of Friendship(s) that opens the Doors to Mutual Respect, Dialogue, Mutual Trust And Enormous Exchange(s) of Each others Areas of Comparative Advantages in
Human Endeavours to Promote Genuine Economics, Technical And other Assistance(s) to improve upon the Quality of Lifes of the People in the
various Respectives Countries.
That At this Backdrop, As International Lawyer/Legal Expert And
Administrator And a Man that loves Peace And have Enormous And Tremendous Respect for Human Life, Economics Well-Beings of All People irrespectives of their Circumstances that I Believed firmly that His Excellencies Also Believed in as I Know And Mr. President George W. THAT THE NEWS THAT THERE IS THE PROPENSITY OF TENSION MOUNTING AGAIN BETWEEN THE SUPPORTERS OF HAMMAS AND ISRAEL AT THIS CRUCIAL TIME OF THE TRUCE IS NOT ONLY TROUBLING NEWS BUT ALSO A DEVELOPMENT WITH BAD TASTE AND FAITH. THAT IT IS A GOLDEN VIRTUE(S) THAT "WHEN/IF THE AGGREGATE SPIRITS OF HUMAN BEINGS/PEOPLE ARE HAPPY THEN THE LAND ITSELF IS HAPPY AND WILL DEFINATELY YIELDS HER INCREASE." BUT THE VICE VERSA IS THE OTHER ORDER. THAT IT IS MY CONSIDERED OPINION THAT BOTH PARTIES ON THE OTHER SIDE HAVE SUFFERED AND CONTINUE TO SUFFER
BECAUSE OF HOSTILITIES, VIOLENCE THAT ALWAYS TURNED OUT TO BE A DISASTER OF WARS AND THAT GOODWILL, GOOD UNDERSTANDING AND WISDOM MUST NOW PREVAIL TO TURN THE TREND SO THAT THE SMILES AND HAPPINESS CAN ONCE AGAIN BE BROUGHT TO THE FACES OF ALL PARTIES INVOLVED.
HOWEVER, IT CAN ONLY BE ACHIEVED OR ATTAINED THROUGH THE GOODWILL, GOOD FAITH, MUTUAL TRUST/RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER BY PRESIDENT ABBAS, PRIME MINISTER AND PEOPLE OF PALESTINE DEMONSTRATION TOWARDS ISRAEL AND TO RESPECT THE INTERNATIONAL LAW (UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS/RESOLUTIONS) AS RULE OF LAW AND ACCORD IT THE DUE RESPECT. THAT POSTERITY AND HISTORY WILL NEVER, NEVER FORGET HIS EXCELLENCIES RIGHTFUL PLACE IN BOTH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL HISTORY WHEN EVENTS ARE WRITTEN. THAT THE COURSE/PATH THAT MEN AND WOMEN CHART IN THEIR LEADERSHIP JOURNEY OF LIFE THAT LEAD TO EITHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE EFFECTS OVER THEIR PEOPLE AND OTHERS BECOME THE HISTORY. That if that Assessment is True, then the Statements of the President is
taken in Good Faith as the Position of the Government. However, if the
reversed is the Case then I urged the Prime Minister to come Out Boldly in upporting
President Abbas to facilitate the Process of Releasing the
Hostage immediately as "AN ACT OF GOOD FAITH GESTURE OF GOOD STATESMANSHIP AND GOOD NEIGHBOURS WILLINGLY EXHIBITING THE ACT TO NEGOTIATE AND DIALOGUE
WITH EACH OTHER ON MUTUAL TRUST AND RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER ON THE PRINCIPLE OF "GIVE AND TAKE" THAT IS, CONCESSION SHARING RECOGNIZING EACH OTHERS
EXISTENCE".
THAT HIS EXCELLENCIES ELECTIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS TO THE HIGH OFFICES OF THE PRESIDENT AND PRIME MINISTER OF THE PEOPLE OF PALESTINIAN TO BE SEEN AND USED AS AGENT OF CHANGE AND TO BE PART OF HISTORY THAT IT WAS/IS DURING
THIER REIGNS OF OFFICE THAT SUSTAINABLE PEACE IS/WAS MADE IN THE MIDDLE EAST AND THE DECLERATION AND EXISTENCE OF PALESTINIAN INDEPENDENCE STATE SHARING
GOOD NEIGHBOURLINESS WITH THE STATE OF ISRAEL. THAT HISTORY IS THE POSITIVE ACT(S) OF GOOD MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE DESIRED TO MAKE AND TO PROMOTE PEACE
AND TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE LIFES OF
THEIR PEOPLE". THAT THE GREAT ISSUE(S) THAT REMAINS TO BE SOLVED OR ANSWERED IS "WHETHER OR NOT HIS

QUESTION"AND POSITIVE AND AFFIRMATIVE ANSWER(S) WILL FACILITATE AND LEAD THE WAY TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE TO THE "PALESTINIAN INDEPENDENCE STATE" SHARING COMMON GEO-POLITICAL TERRITORIAL BOUNDARIES WITH THE STATE OF ISRAEL AS GOOD NEIGHBOURS SEEKING EACH OTHERS PROGRESS,
DEVELOPMENTS AND GROWTH.
THAT THE SUSPICION OF TREAT POSED AND DANGER AND SUSPICION(S) OF EACH OTHER(S) WILL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY TO PAVE THE WAY FOR BI-LATERAL

FRIENDSHIP AND TO SHOW THE OLIVE

However, the fight now is against the Alquadae Terrorists within the
Territories All Over the World And at the same time it behooves upon both Allied forces fighting the Terrorists All over the World
and Iraqi forces to protect the Iraqi People while the engaged the
insurgents at the same time making the task very difficult.
That the tricks of the Enemy is to turn the war to Sectarian violence which the Government and People of Iraq and the Allied forces must do everything to prevent occurring. But that the great thrust of the matter depend on the Government And People of Iraq to prevent at all costs.
That His Excellencies should now understand the Tricks of the Enemy and will be doing everything to draw them into the Sectarian Violence And war. That His Excellencies that are themselves Products of the Emerging Democracy in the Region And Elected by their People through
the Ballot Box should do everything in their Power to use Your Good Offices to Promote the Ideals And Tenets of the Emerging Democracy throughout the Middle East And to denounce
Violence And to Chose the Path of Peace. That the "ESSENCE OF POLITICS IS TO PROMOTE THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE" SO THAT HIS EXCELLENCIES WILL BE ABLE TO PROMOTE THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE BY PROTECTION OF THEIR LIFE THROUGH
DENOUNCING VIOLENCE.
That the First President of Ghana, the late Dr. Kwame Nkrumah even though I disagreed with Him in some related ways but agreed with Him in His words of Wisdom and "THAT IN THE PAST THE SAHARA HAS DIVIDED US BUT TODAY IT UNITES US AN INJURY TO ONE OF US IS AN INJURY TO ALL OF US".
That under the context quoted,That the First President of Ghana, the
Dr.Kwame Nkrumah made the Statement at the Day of Ghana Independence. He further Stated that "THE INDEPENDENCE OF GHANA IS MEANINGLESS UNLESS IT IS LINKED UP WITH THE TOTAL LIBERATION
OF AFRICA." That, that culminated in the
Formation of the Organization of African Unity, Now transformed to Africa Union.
>That under this Context "If Palestine has been divided in the Past because of the Bitter Rancour, Hatred, Violence And Wars, Today if the Palestinian People under the Emerging Democracy, Mutual Trust, Respect, Tolerance, Unity in Diversity And Sustainable Peace in the open Environment of Truth, Honesty, Goodwill And Good Faith Act of Love And Friendship will be Allowed to Prevail And Denounce Bitterness And Rancour, Hatred, Violence And War And to live with Israel And the Neighbouring Countries/States in Peace including the

that I Humbly And Respectfully Acknowledged And Appreciated the Diplomatic Efforts Directed Towards the Peaceful Settlements of the Matter in a Mutual Friendly Manner to Avoid Confrontations And Aggressions that will Enhance And Promote not only Peace, Stability And Security, Developments, Growth, Progress And Economics Prosperity in the Region, But Also to Promote And Enhance on the same Noble Objectives of Over All Sustainable Peace, Stability And Security in the Whole/Entire World.
This is because No Society can Make Any Meaningful Development(s) if
there is No Peace. That Peace is therefore the "Sine qua non" of

Message of Assurance Given Hope in the Direction that President Abbas is indicating as very Promising Good Gesture(s) of An Act(s) of Good Statesmanship of the Released of the Hostage And I Acknowledging And Realizing it is the Position of the Government of the Palestinian People including the Prime Minister. That Words at times Alone in the "Act(s) of Goodwill, Good Faith, Mutual Friendship(s) Relationship(s) is Meaningless than the Act of Goodwill, Good Faith Statesmanship Act(s) of Good Gesture of Friendship(s) that opens the Doors to Mutual Respect, Dialogue, Mutual Trust And Enormous Exchange(s) of Each others Areas of Comparative Advantages in
Human Endeavours to Promote Genuine Economics, Technical And other Assistance(s) to improve upon the Quality of Lifes of the People in the
various Respectives Countries.
That At this Backdrop, As International Lawyer/Legal Expert And
Administrator And a Man that loves Peace And have Enormous And Tremendous Respect for Human Life, Economics Well-Beings of All People irrespectives of their Circumstances that I Believed firmly that His Excellencies Also Believed in as I Know And Mr. President George W. THAT IN FINDING ANSWER(S) TO THIS QUESTION WE SHOULD BE MINDFUL OF THE FACT THAT

THAT THE NEWS THAT THERE IS THE PROPENSITY OF TENSION MOUNTING AGAIN BETWEEN THE SUPPORTERS OF HAMMAS AND ISRAEL AT THIS CRUCIAL TIME OF THE TRUCE IS NOT ONLY TROUBLING NEWS BUT ALSO A DEVELOPMENT WITH BAD TASTE AND FAITH. THAT THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFTS THAT PRESIDENT ABBAS AND PRIME MINISTER AND GOVERNMENT OF PALESTINE CAN GIVE AND BEQUEALTH TO THE PEOPLE OF PALESTINE, THE REGION AND THE WORLD IS THE OBVIOUS CHOICE OF THE PATH OF PEACE, LIFE, RULE OF LAW, ECONOMICS WELL BEINGS/PROSPERITY OF THE PEOPLE. THAT IT IS A GOLDEN VIRTUE(S) THAT "WHEN/IF THE AGGREGATE SPIRITS OF HUMAN BEINGS/PEOPLE ARE HAPPY THEN THE LAND ITSELF IS HAPPY AND WILL DEFINATELY YIELDS HER INCREASE." BUT THE VICE VERSA IS THE OTHER ORDER. THAT IT IS MY CONSIDERED OPINION THAT BOTH PARTIES ON THE OTHER SIDE HAVE SUFFERED AND CONTINUE TO SUFFER
BECAUSE OF HOSTILITIES, VIOLENCE THAT ALWAYS TURNED OUT TO BE A DISASTER OF WARS AND THAT GOODWILL, GOOD UNDERSTANDING AND WISDOM MUST NOW PREVAIL TO TURN THE TREND SO THAT THE SMILES AND HAPPINESS CAN ONCE AGAIN BE BROUGHT TO THE FACES OF ALL PARTIES INVOLVED.
HOWEVER, IT CAN ONLY BE ACHIEVED OR ATTAINED THROUGH THE GOODWILL, GOOD FAITH, MUTUAL TRUST/RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER BY PRESIDENT ABBAS, PRIME MINISTER AND PEOPLE OF PALESTINE DEMONSTRATION TOWARDS ISRAEL AND TO RESPECT THE INTERNATIONAL LAW (UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS/RESOLUTIONS) AS RULE OF LAW AND ACCORD IT THE DUE RESPECT. THAT POSTERITY AND HISTORY WILL NEVER, NEVER FORGET HIS EXCELLENCIES RIGHTFUL PLACE IN BOTH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL HISTORY WHEN EVENTS ARE WRITTEN. THAT THE COURSE/PATH THAT MEN AND WOMEN CHART IN THEIR LEADERSHIP JOURNEY OF LIFE THAT LEAD TO EITHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE EFFECTS OVER THEIR PEOPLE AND OTHERS BECOME THE HISTORY. It so happens that the remainder of our natural heritage could anchor an ecotourism industry in Ghana that could employ millions of young people and earn our nation at least a quarter of the tens of billions of dollars that Thailand earns annually from its tourism sector.

A report released by the World Tourism Organisation ranked Thailand as the eleventh most visited country in the world based on figures from 2015, showing consistently high numbers of arrivals from diverse countries all around the world."

And who would have thought that a nation full of fence-sitting moral cowards and hypocrites would have the courage to rise as one man against the ruthless criminal syndicates behind most of the illegal gold mining and its handmaiden-in-crime, illegal logging, across our homeland Ghana? Amazing.
And, wonder of wonders, Ghanaian journalists have actually come together to fight what the whole nation now accepts and recognises is indeed an existential threat to our nation and its citizenry. God really does love Mother Ghana indeed. Hallelujah.
Moreover, no one who owns land anywhere in Ghana, and has been at the receiving end of the unlawful activities of the ruthless criminals who engage in illegal gold mining, will ever agree with those who support the arrogant demands being made by the association of small-scale miners that they ought to be allowed to resume their operations.
The question is: If Ghanaians can make money and create millions of jobs on a sustainable basis till the very end of time, from ecotourism, by protecting the lands those selfish and greedy small-scale gold miners want to be allowed to continue destroying in their quest to amass wealth even at society's expense, why should we not ban all surface gold mining? Food for thought.
The truth of the matter, is that if the operations of all the legally sanctioned small-scale gold mining companies (and that of even the large-scale multinational gold mining companies that are a law unto themselves in this nation of moral cowards) are inspected by incorruptible and honest officials from the regulatory bodies, not a single small-scale (and large-scale) gold mining company will be allowed to operate anywhere in Ghana.
Furthermore, every single small-scale and large-scale gold mining company inspected by those incorruptible and honest officials from the regulatory bodies, will be issued with urgent notices demanding that they stop working their concessions immediately. That is a fact.
To prove that assertion, if approached by Hon John Peter Amewu, I shall take him straight to part of a freehold 14-square mile upland evergreen rainforest property belonging to the estate of the late P. E. Thompson, Esq., in the Akyem Juaso section of the Atewa Range, to patiently explain to him (using solid evidence on the ground so to speak), why the Republic of Ghana would be wise to end open cast surface gold mining in Ghana permanently and pass draconian laws to back that new policy.
Whiles there, I shall prove to Hon. John Peter Amewu why if the government of Ghana bans surface gold mining in Ghana immediately, it will save us all from a future environmental catastrophe that is literally just round the corner, and which will create avoidable misery on an apocalyptic scale for present and future generations of the Ghanaian people.
And such is the beauty of the area - an area of forest that is without question one of the most beautiful places on the surface of the planet Earth - that when what will be the world's longest forest canopy walkway (1000 metres with 19 bridges) is completed, tens of thousands of visitors will flock to the area every month to traverse it and commune with nature.
I have absolutely no doubt that by recounting the harrowing story of how Hagnella Mining Company, a legally registered small-scale gold mining company with a concession in the Atewa Range, invaded part of our family's freehold 14-square mile upland evergreen rainforest property, in what is part of a designated Globally Significant Biodiversity Area (GSBA) in the Atewa Range, Hon Peter Amewu will immediately understand how by corrupting officialdom, documents issued by regulatory bodies for a concession elsewhere, were then used by Hagnela Mining Company and its assigns, as legal cover, to cloak the illegal gold mining they were actually engaged in on our family's private freehold forest property - a deceitful strategy used by all small-scale gold miners in Ghana without exception. That is a fact.
Only a nation full of 25 million fools will sit unconcerned and allow a few greedy and dishonest gold miners numbering less than a tiny fraction of the total population to destroy their collective future. Thank God that that is not the kind of nation the Republic of Ghana is. Yesu mo. Onyame tiase ampah.
It is precisely because Ghanaians are not fools that they will back a total ban on all surface gold mining to protect what is left of their nation's natural heritage.
And best of all, just when we needed one, God has finally put the right leader in place to ensure that the remainder of Ghana's natural heritage is protected effectively - so that it can underpin a resurgent ecotourism industry in our homeland Ghana: that will provide wealth that spreads and stays in our country and provides decent jobs for millions of our teeming youth. Fantastic. Case closed.
