He is fear fear man and one wonders why he was given the apex appointment of an institution like Ghana Armed Forces. Very soon the Ghana Armed Forces will be dragged to court the Government will end up paying huge sums of interest on delayed payments for sitting on money and refusing to pay suppliers and contractors. I know he would diplomatically deny it to cover his shame but it's a fact. He is sir sir type of person who would portray the impression that all is well meanwhile things are bad. Suppliers /contractors have supplied various items to the Ghana Armed Forces since last year for their peacekeeping training and operations which he is aware right from the time he was appointed the Army commander and now Cds but this officer is refusing to for the items received and used. After al,l the psychological torment they are going through can't be equalled to instant deaths. That will have been a huge relief to them. The Yokolhama bombing was more horrific than the murder of Mahama considering the casualty figures, yet the culprit was represented by a team of lawyers and after an exhausted trial executive.
