Ghana International Kwadwo Asamoah reached a milestone over the weekend after becoming the first African and the fourth non-European to reach the 150th mark at Juventus.
The former Udinese midfielder, who joined Juventus in 2012 played his 150th game for the Turin club on Saturday, when they were held to a 0-0 draw by SPAL.
The Ghanian is now behind Argentine Monteroro (278), Chilean Arturo Vidal (171) and Zalayeta also from Argentina who had 160 caps.
The Juventus midfielder who is reported to be on his way out has been a key member of the "Old Ladies" helping them to five Scudetto titles, three Coppa Italia and three super Coppa Italia.
The Ghanaian was instrumental in the club's progress in the Champions League after coming off as a substitute in their win against Tottenham Hotspurs in the round of 16.
Asamoah is reported to have agreed to a deal in principle with rivals Inter Milan, who are offering a 2.5 million Euros deal to the Ghanaian.
