Returning Kwasi Appiah’s immediate task is to rejig the Black Stars set-up and restore the team’s winning mindset, the Ghana FA has indicated.
Appiah, after leaving the job in September 2014, was announced for a second spell on Tuesday.
In an interview with Abusua FM, the Chairman of the Black Stars Management Committee, George Afriyie who also doubles as the Ghana FA veep said the most important expectation from Kwasi Appiah is for him to “take the team back to winning ways.”
”What has changed is that it’s been three years since he left, since he left the face of the team has change and things have also not been the same,” he added.
The 57-year-old has been given a two-year mandate beginning May 1.
