As "the die has been cast" and James Kwesi Appiah been appointed as the new head coach of the Senior National Team, the Black Stars, the question we all need to be asking ourselves (As Ghanaians) is that are we ready to support him succeed as he makes a return to take charge of the team?

We have heard and seen coaches who are shown the exit due to strange and mind-blowing circumstances in which when they are revealed you might end up flabbergasted.

As Ghanaians also played an ample role in the appointment of Kwesi Appiah, with their ceaseless sharp-tongue call for his reinstatement. This same people can either way round turn against you and run you down till they succeed to ear about your sacking.

Strangely, those that will make this call will criticize and accuse you for lack of tactical know-how (as if they understand tactics), also they will tag you as a perennial failure.

Secondly, I will urge him (Kwesi Appiah) to thoroughly order the FA to crop out or weave in certain things in his contract that will not favour him to discharge his duties swiftly, before he finally kickstarts with his job on May 1.

Moving on he should give a stark assessment of the problems that his predecessor - Avram Grant left, as he was able to bring the team on its knees.

He should, however, find a system to instill the will to win in the team once again, as the player seem to have lost that fighting spirit that the Black Stars had in the past.

Under the tutelage of the Isreali short-of-idea sought-of coach, they usually played in an impersonal manner Ghana players use to be of the very highest level.

There are some who have been renounced whom he should make sure he brings them back.

Finally, as white coaches are regarded "very important", we should show the world we also regard our own

(Ghanaians) as very, very important. He (Kwesi Appiah) shold liaise solidly with the FA's technical director of football development, Francis Oti Akenteng, over the best way forward.
