Hearts of Oak will be without the services of Vincent Atingah next season after the latter was handed his floating status,” Ghanacrusader.com can exclusively report.

Atingah’s contract with the Phobians expired at the end of last season and the player wrote to the Ghana Football Association for him to be declared as a free agent.

However, the stalwart defender’s wish has been granted and he is now free to join any team of his choice.

Atingah has heavily been linked with a move to Austrian top-flight side Autrien Wien.

He joined the Phobians three seasons ago from Dwarfs. Last season he scored six goals in all competition.
