This man was handed the team after Duncan's horrible start which threatened to sink the club into relegation.He won several cups with the players he inherited and did quite well considering the fact that some key players were unhealthy or performed very below expectations.The management should have given him a real chance to rebuild the team from the ground up instaed of trying to quick fix!

Long time ago local Coaches like Gyamfi were insulated by the management and given the room and freedom to do their work which resulted in winning international championships.Today Club managements are so hyper paranoids and ... read full comment
Long time ago local Coaches like Gyamfi were insulated by the management and given the room and freedom to do their work which resulted in winning international championships.Today Club managements are so hyper paranoids and overly sensitive that the slightest pressure from fans and they they throw the coach under the bus.There is no tangible excuse for Coach Osei's demotion and eventual dismisal.The management just wanted to placade some complaining fans and show that they were doing something"new".He should have been given the time and space to rebuild the team from the ground up.How do you think players treat their coaches when they think the management will bring in a new one after the slightest complain or misstep?

Well Said Michael. Indeed we have to trust our own and forget about this foreign coaches . Treat our own with respect and pay them the wages that they are due and this goes to the blackstars coaching stuff as well. .
