Police reclaim spot in Campaign Tournament but rain affects game

Police Cowbellleague Tie In another twist ahead of the opening game of the Tema Basketball League Campaign Tournament, Ghana Police has been reactivated as a participant. Information gathered earlier today indicated Police had been replaced by University of Professional Studies (UPSA) due to non committal behavior from the team hierarchy.
