Basketball Clinic
Tudu Galaxy Women’s Basketball Coach Shadrach Nii Quaye has called for basketball clinics such as former NBA player Stephen Bardo’s “Bardo’s Breakdown” event concluded a few hours ago, to be frequent.
He made the call in an exclusive interview with Basketballghana.com during the one day program held at the Lebanon Huse Court in Tudu which was organized by Tudu Galaxy Academy and headlined by former Detroit Pistons Guard Stephen Bardo.
Bardo who expressed his appreciation of the skill level of participants was happy with the turn out ditto Coach Quaye who went further to make the event a frequent and permanent feature.
“To me its is something that we need every year It shouldn’t be only this year it should happen often so it will help the kids improve their game”.
After citing key areas of development such as footwork, passing and how to shoot properly, he was adamant such aspects of the game were addressed in the clinic.
Galaxy’s Female Side recently lost 39-45 to Ghana Navy in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Women’s Division.
