Market fees,highways,and bridge tolls,etc.
Levy collectors have their own receipts.They
issue less of the public ones, but sell more
of their own. They have to present some these
kind of another loots to their superiors, and it
goes on and on.If proper method of tax collection
is devised and implemented more REVENUES
will be generated from there. The LEVY
COLLECTORS are more HARDENED than "ZAKIOS"
but they return few of their CATCH.We must
find better ways to collect TAXES OF ALL KIND.

So it is a problem that the SONY repeats some on the Campaign revelations about the state of the nation. Is it not significant admission by the NDC that they were lying throughout the campaign trying to convince us that the NPP and Dr. Baeumia were wrong. So if after assuming office the NPP finds that the cover up was even far worse then they had assumed Ghanaians need to know the destruction left in the wake of the NDC corruption spree. 122 billion indebtedness plus ongoing energy sector PPP contracts where many small power have plants that get paid for even when they are not producing any power because we don't have money in the first place to provide gas or fuel. It is criminal 419. The government signs a loan agreement with China but cannot develop projects to access the loan so we pay total penalties of upto $900 million then we turn round to beg the IMF for $800m. Mahama made Ghana the laughing stock of the civilised democratic world.
