Look, the late Major Mahama met a gruesome death which is beyond sanity and should be condemned. That said, the question we should ask and try to answer is, Who deployed the major to do what at Denkyira-Obuasi?
When he died, the DEC in the area said that the military was deployed to protect a mining company from either Alaska or Canada. That statement was quickly refuted by the government and the military but sane minds can deduce that there was some truth in it. Why?
Our military has no training facility in that area and I dare anyone to challenge me on that so, what was the military doing in that area?
Former president Mahama should be summoned and questioned as to who send the military in that area and for what purpose? We shouldn't push that question under the rug and forget it because Major Mahama would be alive if someone did not pushed him to that area for something stupid.
Mahama and the military command should be ashamed for accepting peanuts while an innocent man had died for no reason.

I have so many questions and not stop crying despite I refused to watch the video everytime I would pray for the late Major Mahama's family I just couldn't stop crying as well! Despite we came from the same town and went to the same school I never met him personally but my family knows his family very well. I couldn't agree more with the article or all the three comments posted before mine.These are some of the questions or ideas that needs further investigation to really help reveal the truth
1) I believe at least one person among the people who helped in his lynching knew perfectly well who he was. Because even skills are not killed the way this young man was killed.
2) The supposedly snail seller needs to be reinvestigated well
3) Who was the soldier who claims that the saw him running? Because how can anyone see their boss running and for hours haven't seen nor heard from him. And never bothered to raise an alarm
4) As a veteran of the US army I want everyone to know and understand if truly the account his wife gave about him going to take a shower at 6am did happen. Then our dear beloved brethren and soldier did not go for a jog instead it was a trap that was set for him. Because almost 11 years in the military no soldier ever takes a shower before going for a jog, NEVER OOOO!
The previous government and the military is to blamed because they there is no way a whole detachment of 100 soldiers is deployed to a town or area that the leaders of that town. Or surrounding neighboring town leaderships lack the knowledge of their presence! Eeeeiii
5) Needs to investigate all the soldiers in that detachment too. Did someone from that group tip those gangs about who the late Major is!
KILLING THOSE FOUND GUILTY OF HIS DEATH WILL BE SUCH AN EASY PUNISHMENT FOR THEM! I pray none will be killed instead they will and such the same punishment as Cain! May Major Maxwell Mahama's BLOOD CRY OUT TO GOD UNTIL ALL HIS ENEMIES ESPECIALLY HIS KILLERS have been exposed and sentence by GOD!
