As the signature restaurant of the Villa Monticello boutique hotel, 1A @ Villa Monticello offers up a menu of divine cuisine that borders on perfection.
We have set high standards for our restaurant, seeking out only the freshest local and regional ingredients available for our meals. We also stock a robust wine cellar with carefully selected wines, champagnes and the occasional boutique vintages from all over the world, to help ensure
that your dining experience with us will be a memorable one.
Villa Monticello boasts an elegant and exclusive dining room that seats 28 people comfortably. There?s also an intimate cocktail lounge and available outdoor seating (weather permitting) if guests prefer to dine under open skies.
Due to exclusive number of tables, we strongly suggest that reservations be made in advance. We have provided some sample menus below, but please note that some of the items may change as we introduce surprising new dishes every now and then.

Events and Private Dining
Villa Monticello can also be reserved for private engagements or large group functions. Once you make a reservation, the entire space becomes yours, allowing guests to flow freely between the dining room and the open skies of our outdoor space (weather permitting). Integrated seamlessly within the Villa Monticello's luxurious styling are new private rooms for business or special events, such as private dinners or intimate gatherings. Complimentary for our hotel guests but also available for rental, to external clients, the flexible space can host a meeting of 12 participants or special programs of up to 25 people and can accommodate any range of events in between.
Hotel-wide wi-fi, business services, event planning resources and meeting supplies ensure seamless connectivity and logistics for your event. Meeting packages all include coffee and tea breaks, audio-visual equipment, and stationery, such as flip charts, pens and pads.
