I have been wondering why since playing the game of soccer in the days of Aggrey Fynn, Baba Yara, Osei Kofi, Kofi Nti, etc., our country could not find any indigenous Ghanaian to train our team. Why have we always relied on foreign coaches?
What took the country so long to come to its senses? I'm sure Dr. Nkrumah will be very happy in his grave - for once, Ghana (Africa) is taking its destiny into its hands, and for better or for worse. We are going to lend our full support to the son of Ghana, Kwasi Appiah and wish him well. If he fails to bring the Stars back to glory, we will replace him with another Ghanaian, and if that Ghanaian fails; we will find another Ghanaian, until we prove to the world that the blackman is capable of managing his own affairs.
My advice to GFA is that they should pay Mr. Yeboah the same salary they were paying to the foreign coaches, and demand the same productivity they demanded from the foreign coaches. They should not treat the Ghanaian coach any differently from the foreing coaches.

Please, kindly study the game plan Chelsea used to conquer the European giants Barcelona. I know that's the formula the Stars have been using but the one that Chelsea used against Barcelona was more genuine, accurate and productive at the end, master in it and let the boys master in it well to use it against greater teams.
