Are the latter the remaining 12m? The 12m who are register for Biometric voting is a complete LIE

Author: g dot hana (BP) Posted: 2012-05-06 08:11:41 the author needs to be clear in his analysis, 8000 double registrations can only suggest 4000 culprits. 8000 multiple registrations by 3000 culprits can suggest multiple registration so the sentence "we had detected a total of 8,121 double registrations and these were done by 2,864 individuals which means that some of these individuals may have registered three times, four times and probably more..." actually doesn't entirely make sense, I dont know if you were directly quoting someone, but the logic is flawed.

Almost half are either under 18, who are INELIGIBLE TO VOTE/REGISTER, and above 85, who may be UNABLE to register. Then there are those (I am an example) that were not around to register. SO IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT HALF OF THE NATION WILL BE OF VOTING AGE, MUCH LESS REGISTER TO VOTE!!
