Time wasting or just incompetence

There are very few cases involving politicians or people close to NDC and NPP that are prosecuted on time in Ghana. Almost all such cases are always adjourned and they just drag on. It's happening in the Woyome case as well. One wonders if the Judiciary, the Attorney General's Department and Defence Attorneys are in collusion to delay or frustrate cases. It's only the poor whose cases are tried, convicted and jailed with unreasonably long prison terms. Politicians are not above the law. This case is now over three years.
