Author: RAS-VULTURE Posted: 2012-06-06 15:12:17 I will be more than happy to see BLACK STARS beat ZAMBIA but it wont be an easy task .Many think ZAMBIANS win of the AFCON CUP 2012 was a fluke as HASSIM RAHMAN defeat of LENNOX LEWIS or DOUGLAS defeat of IRON MIKE TYSON when Tyson was in his prime during the early nineties but i defer.
Zambia beat SENEGAL,GHANA and even IVORY COAST whom no team was able to score against.Ivory coast with his fearsome attacking machine couldn't score a goal against ZAMBIA during the AFCON 2012.That was how tough Zambia defense were.
Zambia lost the match against Sudan as the reason of underrating and they wont commit the same error against Ghana.
If Ghana thinks the win against LESOTHO and Zambia lost against Sudan means Zambia are easily beatable then the BLACK STARS would laugh at the wrong side of their mouth.
I still believe the ZAMBIA-GHANA match can be the yardstick to measure the current performance of the STARS vis-a-vis the coach KWASI APPIAH'S Performance.
I'm waiting for the d-day to witness if it will be a revenge for Ghana or the scar ZAMBIA left on the supporters of the BLACK STARS will be deepened and turned into a fresh wound ;only time will tell.
ZAMBIANS should also be careful because when Ghana want a revenge they get it most of the time.Examples were Ghana beating of SOUTH AFRICA home and away during the 2006 World cup qualifiers.It should be noted that before then SOUTH AFRICANS had been a burden to Ghanaian so far as football was concern but during the year 2005 Ghana beat SOUTH AFRICA Senior national team, Under 20, Womens team and even Ghana could have beaten them if FIFA or CAF should have allowed the CHICKENS of Ghana and SOUTH AFRICA to Compete during that year...Hahahaha.
This encounter between ZAMBIA-GHANA will show good soccer artistry i pray Ghana should win BUT.........
