Every district whether old or new deserves at least one constituency regardless of the population size. That is where the equity line ought to be drawn.

It cost too much to run these many constituencies with their corrupt good fot nothing MPs. No womder ghana is going broke. Local government must be strengthened and the law must be ameded. There shold be no districts with lessthan 60,000 population.

NPP and other parties should proceed to court to restrain this madness by ECC. If anything at all, new constituencies should be created and implemted after this crucial election of 2012. This gerrymandering must not be allowed to stand, period!
