Then it starts, "Residents of Tefle in the Volta region have identified and arrested a young man...". Then the same report continues to quote the DCE as saying, "the suspect has been identified and will be arrested as soon as his location is revealed". Revealed by who? I know unemployment ia an unspeakable word in Ghana and school dropouts are even practicing medicine at Komfo Anokye Hospital. But can't these mushrooming radio stations give their reporters some basic training?
