Where in this world would this happen? So Mills is himself a project to be executed? I believe this is a fast one the NDC want to pull on us. Government appointees do sometimes marvel us. In deed Ghana is a failed state. Assuming withou admitting that such funeral donor agencies exist, are they going to be rewarded with ghost contracts, get abbrogated and later collect judgement depts? So we as a people can never get our acts together and provide for basic needs in our country but will like to waste monies on a failed president's death?
But I expect well meaning executives to resign their positions over Mills' death because more are the issues to follow the funeral. Many questions would be asked and hard truths that will imerge would make people in government feel uncomfortable.
Nana Addo's election as a president will eventually help JJ to disinfect and deworm his party and make it free from the street parasites.

Now, who are taking charge of the donations I hope an independent auditor is in charge to take care of the donations coming in and how it's spent. If left for the armed robbers and crooks they will bankrupt the nation. Already they have milked mother Ghana to the bone. Those thieves killed the late president.
