Hockey deserves the recognition it deserves on Ghana,s sports calender. I use to report on hockey years ago and i feel very disappointed that the game still hangs on the shoulders corporations and some financial institutions in the country.The nation has to do better by lifting hockey from the doldrums. This is world championship, come on now,so when are we going to give the game of hockey the attention and respect it deserves?
