We also need total break down of their estimated cost as the bulk figure does not make sense. How much will be spend on infrastructure, text books, excercise books, libraries, computer labs, other teaching materials, boarding and lodging cost and feeding cost. The bulks figure does not mean anything if they cannot explain to the nation how the cost is made up, source of funding and the opportunity cost to the nation.
