Mahama is not visible and popular. Mahama won the BOLE MP with a little over 3,000 votes. Mahama has not contested any national election. Even in NDC Mahama was acclaimed and not elected=99.5%. Woyome killed Mils and will end Mahama caretaker presidency come dec 7 2012. Mahama was then vice when the sinlge largest fraud was conspired by Mils with Woyome to loot our taxes. The margin of NPP votes will be so gargantuan that NDC votes will be insignificant in all regions except Volta. In 2008 Nana led the 1st round with win in only 2 regions by more than 100,000. Osei Posted: 2012-09-14 08:58:14 Before we start jumping and bad mouthing our caretaker president, let us confer with our constitutionalists as to whether the president under our constitution has any power of "Executive Order" by which he can bypass parliament to speed up projects or actions that call for immediate national action. For a president to be able to perform for the good of the country, I believe he should be able to excercise some form of a chief executive's mandate to serve the people he has sworn to defend.

He cannot escape from the fact that his govt is corrupt and full of dubious people. Now we have been told on MyJoyonline that their founder and President, Mr. Saint Rawlings of Tefle together with his wife, "Naa Ayele Kung-fu" Konadu Agyemang Rawlings has formed another party NDP a.k.a. "National Deceptive Party" to try to deceive Ghanaians into thinking they're some sort of "holy" people in Ghana.
Nothing is gonna work for them! Ghanaians have seen their greediness and obssession to take power back and oppress Ghanaians. People are vigilant this time and won't allow the Rawlings' to take them for fools.

This duty directly falls under the management of Regional ministers in collaboration with district cheif executives. Above all the average Ghanaian is dirty and thus not care how we dispose of trash. In the United States this duty falls with the counties and not even the State Governners not to talk of the Federal Government. The duties of our local gorvenments (Cheif executives) must be redefined Why do we have these extensions of the government and yet the head of state has to come so low to clean our streets?
