Ghana's democracy cannot work effectively without education. It is surprising that those who are ignorant want to remain ignorant by listening to those who argue free education is not possible when they themselves have benefited from free education in the North of Ghana presently and free education of Nkrumah's post independence education policies up to university level. This happened when we did not even have OIL. WHAT A BUNCH OF NEGATIVE HYPOCRITES.
