After an increment of your salaries from 380 Ghana cedis per month to 820 Ghana cedis which is more than 100% increment yet you are worse off. Perhaps it is curse from the students you don't teach well during school ours but take huge money at the end of the month. Greedy people everthing given you is not enough. Meanwhile you go to work thrice in a week and even close at 2pm at most if you close at 3pm it means you have to take classes allowance. Come to the other sectors and see how people with Masters and Dphil are paid less than what you inept graduate teachers take at the end of the month do not complain as much as most of you for all in turns and purpsoses are not close in terms of academic qualification, man hours and competence.

Teachers in the private schools earn far less than their counterparts in the public sector yet students in the private schools perform very well at all levels of the education ladder.
