Interplast plans to export 50 percent of its production

Producers of High quality PVC and HDPE pipes - Interplast is looking at exporting 50 percent of its production.

The company was adjudged best exporter for the year 2011 at the Ghana Export Promotion Authority Export Awards.

It is currently exporting 40 percent into the West African sub region. Managing Director, Arthur Hubert tells Joy Business the booming infrastructural development in West Africa provides a ready market for their products.

“We’re now promoting in a lot of new countries with a lot of our exports. Exports to Liberia and Sierra Leone for instance increased by more than 50 percent over the last year and we’re looking at the continuous export to these markets” he noted.
