When Kuffour realized that he rushed to sign ROPAB to become a law, he admitted that we are not ready to conduct elections overseas. Nana was the only vertebrate in parliament to ask Afari Gyan to release money for its implementation but thankfully, by law, Afari can refuse if he does not find it feasible. Off cause, Afari refused. Nana asked for the money because he was then the minister of foreign affairs and all the money would have landed on his lap. Had it not been for Afari, we would have handed several hundred thousands of dollars to Nana in the name of doing election overseas as if the people living in Ghana don’t know who they want as a leader.
