Even 2012 JHS students are being turned away for lack of classrooms but this man is still going round talking shamelessly about free SHS. Because comparing the two parties,it seems NPP has implementd more social progrmmes, as the socall solcialsit Party NDC.From 1992-2000 with NDC in power we had a Healthcare system of Cash and carry.NPP abandoned the system because it was killing Ghanaians like ants,because most folks can`t even afford to buy a common APC.Now the same NDC are collasping the NHIS which benefitd so many Ghanaians.And they are saying free Education is not possible,free Medicare for kids is not possible.Oh, NDC they would rather pocket the money themsevles than to make it available to all Ghanaians.
