And also the Ghana government have to build some society to be there for every Ghanaian who want to open company, this society have to listen or discuss with the person who want to open the company and they should lead or surpport that person everything to open his/her company, that means the Government (father) is there for you and after open the company the Auditors have to be there to controll the company. This is how the Japan did in some years ago they call all the Japanies Worldwide to come home, The Government gether them and surpport to build their country. The German system (Europe) also is, if someone want to open a Company to Employ people, the state (Government) will lead you to open your company without money. What for the state (Government) important is the unemployers are going to get money (pay) in their pocket to live and take care of their families and also they are going to pay taxes. That means the credit that the company took from the Government (bank) is going to be paying back not throughout the company but throughout the workers taxes. of course the Government will make sure to surport the company to keep strong all the time. and at the end of every year the company will make it´s finance and pay some small amount (tax) to the Government (bank) Of course this system can only work in the Federal countries for example Germany. This system also shows that the country plans always in future. The curent system in Ghana is only 4 to 8 years plan which is totaly wrong that can´t work at all.
