Employment not guaranteed

In this case if the DSP Tehoda was not assigned to the case by the Police Service why did she visit a prisoner being held on some serious charges? Did she know that by visiting the drug suspect at the detention, guards who are her subordinates would let her through even if she went there as a private citizen? Did she tell the guards on duty not to do her any favors because she was visiting as a private person and not as the DSP?
This is an easy case that the nation ought to win if they have competent prosecutors and or counsel in the Ghana A-G's office.
She was not cleared in court...

The case was withdrawn by the prosecution. She is a bad person. She would lose this case in court.
