Because of poor public school performances, look at how many private schools there are in Gh. How much do parents pay to educate their children in private schools? And how many parents dream to have their children in the best private schools? This means most parents can afford to pay for quality tuition.
I can see all these free- free education proposals are scandals and we should rather think of quality of education for all, not free education.
My children in UK public schools (anyway that is what I can afford) do not enjoy free school uniform, free food, free etc etc. I pay for all these upkeeps and other stuff. All these free- free are monies we target from aids and grants, which in many ways make us poor.
