The judges will have to tell Ghana that mistakes and or incomplete applications are valid and would therefore have to assert that students may refuse to provide requisite information during exams and or people do not have to provide requisite information when registering with Ghana's Register Generals office, or any government required registration processes because it is the law of the land to be evasive in all of its nakedness
