Later when we have problems with so called judgement debts, the president should not be asking na who cause am?

house, the American was stunned by the huge palace the minister had
built, glittering with precious art, hundreds of servants etc. etc.
"How can you possibly afford this, on a salary in Cedis?', he asked.
The minister called him to the window.
"See the river over there?"
"Sure", cried the senator.
"Can you see the bridge over it?"
The senator looked, was confused, peered closely and said -
"No, I don't see any bridge."

If the Minister of Finance is mandated to provide parliament with info and is not forthcoming should it not be the duty of the loud-mouth fools and thieves in parliament to call him to account?
Look here folks at the New Statesman, you will do more good for Ghana if and when you stop wearing the bought and paid hat of a news outlet and delve/investigate what Ghana's procurement laws are, how each member on the Procurement Board has voted on issues and procurement contracts that come before them, who and what government has breached the written laws/statutes and how and what has been the basis of Ghana's outstanding debts stemming from procurements. This is how you can legitimately expose corruption because you will have facts on your side and not these foolish suppositions and innuendos that come from Ghana's low class journalism
