Even in developed countries like the UK, kids stay up to the GCSE level. That is when they are a bit literate enough to move out to other institutions.

Nothing is cheap, but if is good go ahead and implement it and God will see you through.
If the government cease paying people like Woyome 51 million free Ghana money for no work done, they can find money to benefit all the school going children including SHS free.
In short the NDC is corrupt, incompetent and above all has no vision going forward for our dear nation, and must be voted out.
Mr. Mahama you must give way to Nana Akufo-Addo to carry the Flag to a better Ghana.
We are blessed with so much natural resources, and yet we continue to wallow in abject poverty, Why?
I believe it is because as a nation the leadership has failed us.
