Shell marks 2013 Customer Contact Day

VIVO Energy Ghana, the marketers and distributors of Shell-branded fuels and lubricants in the country has held the 2013 Shell Customer Contact Day.

The celebration, which was on the theme: “Our Customers, Our Focus,” which is linked with the Shell Brand Customer Promise, was to show appreciation to shell customers for their loyalty and trust.

The one-day event gave customers more than they paid for as some of them got free fuel in addition to shell-designed air refreshers and other souvenirs.

The Airport and 37 Military Hospital branches of Shell were the two main places where the celebration was given great prominence.

Most of the customers said they had not taken notice of the day but trusted Shell to always give them something pleasant.

At the Airport Service Station, the Retail Manager of Vivo Energy Ghana Limited, Mr Kwame Ankrah, said the customer contact day was aimed at getting feedback from their customers in order to improve performance.

Vivo Energy Ghana is the new company of the Shell brand in Ghana, which is committed to growing and improving its business.
