Samsung Galaxy S5 goes on sale today

Following a successful pre-order campaign, the new Samsung Galaxy S5 is set to go on sale in Ghana today April11, 2014.

Those who pre-ordered the device will be among the first few customers in the world to own one of the state of the art devices.

Customers who will go for their pre-ordered Galaxy S5 devices today will get a free S-View cover and either a battery power pack, free gifts are available while stock last and so customers should and be among the first users.

Samsung has also partnered with a number of banks including Standard Chartered, Stanbic Bank, Ecobank, Fidelity, Barclays Bank, Societe Generale (SG Bank) and UniBank to give the opportunity to customers who would like to pay for the S5 on installment and spread payment over a period of six to twelve months with no interest.

“The promotion is to put our cherished customers first as we continue to tirelessly develop new technologies and innovations to make their lives better, smarter and easier,” Mr Jaspreet Singh – Director of Mobile at Samsung Ghana said.

He however assured customers that they will be covered by Samsung’s Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) if they purchase the new Galaxy S5 from Samsung or any authorized Samsung dealer and register on the ADH Premium. The ADH insures all registered Samsung phones for 24 months and freely repairs screens damaged by liquid or breakage twice within the warranty period.

With a newly improved stylish look, amazing camera experience, an inbuilt heart rate monitor, a finger print scanner for better security and a water and dust resistance feature, it is certain that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will improve the user’s life in many ways.

All technology lovers as well as mobile phone enthusiasts are advised to troop in their numbers to the Accra Mall to be part of the few people who will be among the very first to own the device.

The S5 will only be available at i2 shops and all Samsung authorized dealer shops nationwide.
