NDC raping Ghanaians front and back - Sammy Awuku

National Youth Organizer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Samuel Awuku, has likened the hardship in the country to a rape of the citizenry by the ruling NDC.
According to him, contrary the Mahama-led National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration's promise of a Better Ghana for Ghanaians: “Ghanaians have now come face to face with poverty”.
The NPP National Youth Organizer, who was speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme on Friday, attributed the hardships in the country to the fiscal indiscipline and economic mismanagement superintended over by President John Mahama.
He indicated, in Ghana now, Better Ghana is now synonymous with, among other things, rising cost of living, unemployment, layoffs, depreciation of the cedi, erratic power supply and rising debt stock.
Obviously frustrated by the economic situation in the country, Sammy Awuku said, “NDC is raping Ghanaians from front and back”.
He maintained that it is clear the Economic Management Team chaired by vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur lacks the competence to manage the economy.
“if government had not engaged in needless propaganda and heeded to the wise counsel of Dr. Bawumia who is well-versed in economic issues, we will not be in this mess”.
Sammy Awuku passed a vote of no confidence in government’s ability to tackle the economic crisis because “there is no end in sight”.
