Build the company budget and estimates, monthly comparison with actual results and exceptions are highlighted.
Able to prepare monthly management account and complete reporting package independently and ensure deadlines are met.
Review and control of day to day activities of the Accounts Department.
Review monthly BRS / Stock Statement, etc
Compliance of sales policy, evaluate debtorsâ?? credit control & debt collection
Maintain optimal stock level by controlling purchase plan, review stock ageing and prepare product costing analysis.
Ensure correction calculation and timely filing and payment of all local tax and statutory dues and returns
Review of Insurance coverage of assets and pending claims if any
Ensure compliance of the SOP at the branches and obtain the weekly / monthly reports from branches
Cash Flow preparation & Monthly Accounts / Budgeting & Costing of Working capital Management
Analysis of Expenses / Advances / MIS
Handling of External Audit / Govt. Auditors
