This is completely unnecessary. If you want to use alphabets, use alphabets. If you want to use numbers, use numbers. What is the point of dividing B into 2 categories and C into 3? Give us reasons and the need for this.

This Grading System is useless. What is the aim for it? To have enough letters for the adjectives: very good, excellent etc? is that necessary? These adjectives are irrelevant and relative to peoples appreciation of their own efforts. What could be excellent for Kufour in English Language for example, might be just good for JJ, etc,
