Blame me for Stonebwoy, Blakcedi’s death anytime – SM fan threatens

It’s been several hours since the most chaotic VGMAs in Ghanaian history ended and patrons are still recovering from its turmoil.

However, in the heat of the moment an SM fan has taken to twitter to issue death threats to Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy and his manager, Blakk Cedi.

The Shatta Movement member, whose twitter handle spells ‘slay gee# will die for SM’, wilfully informed Ghanaians that he should be held responsible if any of them (Stonebwoy and Blakcedi) be found dead.

His post read; “that Black Cedi sef who be am for Accra here. I go fit monitor this guy then take his life because of shattawale. I have already said it. If anyone here say stonebwoy has been murdered then Ghanaians should know I’m the one responsible. Period!”

Tensions heightened when Shatta Wale and his cohorts stormed the stage uninvited thereby resulting in a clash between both parties shortly after Stonebwoy was called up stage to receive the award for ‘Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year’ during yesterday’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).

Police and security personnel rushed to the stage to prevent the brawl from escalating and it was exactly that point Stonebwoy also pulled out a gun on stage in a quest to defend himself from the irate Shatta millitants.
