Former U-20 Women's Coach Robert Sackey says he would contest the Ghana Football Association presidential election in 2019.
The Great Olympics board member believes the time is right for him to vie for the top job in Ghana football.
''Yeah, I really want to become FA president in 2019, if I have been able to work with USA who are very difficult to work with why cant I be FA president,'' Sackey told Asempa FM's Sports Night show.
''For now whatever it is in football, is no secret because people know it but there is no need for me to have offenses now. If I make my decisions, I will tell myself.''
The US-based trainer was relieved off the post after the Black Princesses performed poorly at the 2012 FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Japan.
