Former Dreams FC midfielder, Emmanuel Lomotey says he is leaving Extremadura as a better player following his move to Cordoba.
The Ghanaian joining the Caliphs after just a year of joining Extremadura from Ghana Premier League club Dreams FC.The hardworking midfielder who was an integral member of the Ghana team that won the 2017 WAFU Championship feels he is better equipped now to be an instant hit at Cordoba.
“I struggled a bit when I first joined Extremadura but I worked hard and gradually found my rhythm,” he told FootballMadeInGhana.com in an exclusive interview.
“I am now leaving [Extremadura] as one of their important players of which I am really proud of.
“With this experience, I am very confident of doing very well in my new challenge [at Cordoba].”
Lomotey played 13 games for the youth side of Extremadura and nine for the first team including four playoff matches last season.
