After making his first appearance for Accra Hearts of Oak in their 1-0 defeat to Black Meteors, former Karela United winger Dominic Eshun has revealed he is aware of the pressure that comes along when you are playing for the Phobians.
The player whose move to Hearts of Oak was surrounded by a lot of controversies insisted he is ready to give his all after realizing his dream of playing for the continental club masters.
“I believe with the kind of training my game will be up by the time the league gets started, playing for a big club is followed by pressure and Hearts of oak is a big club even in Africa so the expectations are high” He told footballmadeinghana.com
“As a player the pressure is inevitable, but it all depends on you to put the pressure behind you and deliver, I was hurt when my first move to Hearts of oak came to a standstill, but we give thanks to God in all situations.
“I’m very excited to be here after all that transpired because Hearts of oak is club I support from my childhood and it’s very refreshing to be here”
Eshun has previously featured for Medeama SC before he moved to Karela United.
