National Democratic Congress activist, Yayra Koku in January 2019, descended on Prophet Owusu Bempah for what he describes as ‘nonsense prophecies’ from the Leader of the Glorious Word Ministry following his death prophecies about former President John Mahama, the Chief Imam Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, and the Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Apparently, none of these prophesies came to pass in the year 2019. The turn of events hasn’t influenced the controversial prophet as he has released fresh prophesies for the year 2020. According to him, he has foreseen death in the Ghana Police service and has cautioned them to pray against death.

The ‘prophet of doom’ again prophesied that the death of a popular Ghanaian musician will shake the nation. Many have criticized the rate of death prophecies by some “men of God” in the country.

A social media activist of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Yayra Koku has taken Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah to the cleaners over his latest death prophesies, MyNewsGh.com has filed.

According to him, the “President’s Pastor” as Isaac Owusu Bempah is called, is a “fraudster” engaged in “pure stupidity” and “nonsense” in the name of prophecy. In his opinion, the pastor looks out for people who are weak and frail to prophesy their deaths.

The Leader and Founder of the Glorious Word Ministry incurred the wrath of the public when he prophesied that former President John Mahama, the Chief Imam, and current Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia are going to die this year, 2019.

Speaking to his congregation during the 31st watch night service at his church covered by MyNewsGh.com, the popular man of God stated that if Ghanaians don’t pray, John Mahama will be killed by some of his NDC members and Dr Mahamudu Bawumia will die.

But the NDC activist believed there is fraud in the prophecy business.

“Owusu Bempah is a serious FRAUDSTER” he wrote.

To buttress his point, he wrote: “In 2016, he said Mrs Theresa Kufuor will die in 2017. He repeated it in 2017 saying she will die in 2018. I’m told he made the same statement yesterday that she will die this year 2019. God 4bid.”

“Now this is how he does it. He looks at the age of people and predict their demise. We all know that Mrs Kufuor is over 80. Same with Chief Imam and Ex Kufuor. So looking at their age, he will predict their death and use a conditional statement that “IF” we don't pray they will die and if the unfortunate thing happen, he will move from one station to the other and claim Glory. Pure STUPIDITY.” he added.

“I think it is time Ghanaians tell this FRAUDSTER to stop playing with our mind and put him in his rightful place. Such STUPIDITY. But i dont blame him alone. I blame the media in this country for always giving him publicity.”

“Mrs Kufuor, Mr Kufuor, Dr. Bawumia, Prez Mahama, Chief Imam will not DIE. They will live to Glorify GOD. The Lord’s WILL is on them and any EVIL plan against them by the wicked will go back to wicked and his FAMILY.

Let us put politics aside and stop this NONSENSE by this FRAUDSTER…”
