Honour your heroes when they are alive - Koku Anyidoho

Former Communications Director at the presidency, Koku Anyidoho, has said despite the several glowing tributes paid to late President Mills, the situation clearly indicates that Ghanaians do not honour their living heroes.

His position, he reveled, is informed by the fact that the former president was not given due recognition while he was alive.

“It is just sad that we did not honour him in his lifetime only to be doing this at this time, but his legacy will live on” he stated.

Speaking to Citi News, Koku Anyidoho indicated that activities lined up to celebrate the one year anniversary of his death were worthy of commendation.

“I am sure quietly and as a humble man that he is, in his humble way will appreciate what Ghanaians are doing for him” he added.
