Suspended General Secretary of NPP, Kwabena Agyepong says he misses his role
Mr Kwabena Agyepong has said he misses being the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP)
“I do miss my role,” he told journalists in Cape Coast where the NPP is having its national delegates’ conference, adding: “It is service to my party; I still miss it.”
“I am [here] to share the joy with them,” Mr Agyepong said, observing that “my heart and soul is in this party. I love the party.”
Mr Agyepong and then-chair Paul Afoko were suspended indefinitely after they were found to have been allegedly working against the fortunes of then-flag bearer Nana Akufo-Addo ahead of the December 2016 elections.
The party’s first vice chairman Sammy Crabbe also suffered similar fate.
