Insecurity in NDC more than that of Iraq – Abronye fires Mahama

The controversial Bono Regional Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe popularly known as Abronye DC has observed that the insecurity within the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is worse than what is pertaining in Iraq.

He has therefore has lashed out at former President John Mahama, emphasizing he has a ‘habit of lying’ and should stop throwing dust in the eyes of Ghanaians about the supposed training of thugs to destabilize the 2020 polls.

Former President John Dramani Mahama has alleged that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is planning to plunge the country into chaos during the 2020 elections with the training of thugs at Asutuare.

He hinted of a letter by the Upper West Security Council requesting that some members of the governing NPP should be paraded for combat training for next year’s election.

But, speaking to MyNewsGh.com, Abronye DC stated that former President Mahama and the NDC has no evidence to back their allegations that NPP intends to cause mayhem in the country.

“Former President Mahama has a habit of lying in this country…He lied on the video and pictures he showed to diplomatic community in Ghana [were] was later found out to be a hoax”, he stressed.

He continued that “Instead of him to go back and apologize to Ghanaians, he came back with another deceit in the name of showing evidence…I won’t be surprised if JDM comes out with another fake evidence because that has become his hallmark…he should consider solving problem in his party because the insecurity in NDC is more than that of Iraq”.

Abronye DC, therefore seized the opportunity to ask former President John Mahama to come out and tell the whole country that at all is he looking for at the presidency that at all because Ghanaians should elect again as a president.

He has given former President John Mahama and now the presidential candidate for NDC two days to come out evidence that the NPP was training thugs or apologize to Ghanaians else he would see him for causing fear and panic in the country.

“I am giving former President John Mahama two days to bring out his evidence that we NPP were training thugs ahead of 2020 general elections or apologize to us, else I will sue him for causing fear and panic and also lying to us, I will not spare John Mahama if he failed to provide us with the evidence. He former President should learn from former President Rawlings and former President Kufour how they have been comporting themselves”, he concluded.
